Is it time for a new dentist? Are you looking for a dental office that offers more of what you want, and is a better fit for you? If so, we’d love to meet you – in a free consultation or at your first dental appointment.
People are often reluctant to change dentists, even when they’re not quite getting what they need.
But switching dental offices can be easier than you think…
Free Dental Consultation
If you’re considering changing dentists, give us a call to set up a free consultation. In the consultation we can talk about your dental health, your overall health, and your needs and concerns.
Our dental offices stands apart from most other dentists in the Phoenix and Mesa because we offer all three types of sedation dentistry: laughing gas, oral sedation (conscious sedation), and IV sedation.
Sedation dentistry can be a great option if you’re afraid of the dentist, need to undergo complex treatment, and/or would like to get a block of treatment completed at once.
Dental Insurance Benefits
In general, if you’re switching dentists, it’s a good idea to check your dental insurance benefits to see if you’re part of a PPO (preferred provider network). If you have a PPO dental plan, you’ll pay the least if you see a dentist who’s in network.
Please call our offices to find out if we are preferred providers, in network for: Delta Dental, Cigna, Guardian, MetLife, United Concordia, United HealthCare, Humana, and Aetna.
We also accept most other types of dental insurance, and sometimes, the difference in cost between going to an “in network” dentist and coming to our office is negligible. We can help you evaluate your dental insurance benefits, and we’re happy to call your insurance provider for you.
Dental Records
Your dental records belong to you, and it’s a customary, acceptable practice for one dentist to transfer a patient’s dental records to another dentist. Typically, the dentist you’ve been seeing will ask you to sign a release, and then will e-mail your records to our office. In rare instances, you might have to pick up your dental records. If you don’t have access to your dental records – or don’t feel comfortable asking for them – that’s okay, too. With an exam and X-ray, we can get a good picture of your dental health.
